At Transformium Nutrition, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. Please note that we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered. Refunds and cancellations are only applicable under the following conditions:

Order Cancellations

  • If your order has not yet been dispatched, you may request a cancellation and receive a full refund.

Refunds

  • Refunds are only applicable if:

    1. Your order has not been dispatched.

    2. You receive a product that is damaged or tampered with upon delivery.

To request a refund, please contact us immediately at transformiumnutrition@gmail.com with your order details and supporting evidence (e.g., images of the damaged product).

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund.
