Order Tracking

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Transformium.co is not liable for lost or stolen packages once confirmed delivered by the carrier.

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging so we can assist you.


Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
