Shipping Policy

Processing Times

• All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

• You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

• In case of delays due to high order volume, courier issues, or supply chain disruptions, we will notify you by email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

• Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):

  • Domestic (India): 3–7 business days

• Please note: Delivery timelines are estimates provided by courier partners and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

• Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

• Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to reflect on the courier portal.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

• Transformium Nutrition is not liable for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the courier.

• If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging so that we can assist you.

Address Accuracy

• Please ensure that the shipping address is correctly entered at checkout.

• We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
